While eluding Portland police, suspect in stolen car listened to police scanner's dispatch of her "rolling stolen" on her smartphone

Shortly after midnight Wednesday, two Portland officers spotted a 2001 Toyota Camry that fit the description of a vehicle seen on their stolen car hot sheet.Officers Kelly Jenson and Jonathan Kizzar turned around in the area of Southeast Washington Street and 105th Avenue and caught up with the Camry and ran the license plates.
